T4T EVENT FAQ

Q: Where do overall event proceeds go?

A: The proceeds go directly to the Pennsylvania Veteran’s Foundation (PVF), which helps struggling veterans in crisis. The Pennsylvania Veteran’s Foundation dedicates each day to PA Vets. Whatever assistance they need, PVF gets it to them. We believe in their compassion and effectiveness and that is why we donate all proceeds to them every year.

Q: What do sponsorship funds go towards?

A: Sponsorship funds go to covering the cost of hosting the event including registration materials, event insurance, emergency services, event prizes, and more. We believe that for every dollar we get in sponsorship, we can at least double in fundraising efforts. So, when you sponsor at the $1,000 level, we can generate $2,000 directly to our Pennsylvania Veterans. According to PVF Chairman Michael Gould “I have a motto that is for every thousand we get (our average grant to a Veteran in crisis), we have the opportunity to save a life.”

Q: What do sponsors get for sponsoring the event?

A: Sponsorships range from $250-$1,000 and each level of sponsorship corresponds with a level of benefits. Please see our sponsorship form for more details!

Q: If I am unable to sponsor at this time, how else can I help?

A: Volunteer or attend! We need help from volunteers to help registration and set up of the event. If you can’t make that commitment, at least come out to the event and participate!
